Associate Dentist – Graham Family Dental Care

Location : Graham, WA

Graham Family Dental Care is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our growing team. We’re dedicated to providing high-quality, conservative care to our community while ensuring every patient feels comfortable, informed, and confident in their treatment. With a supportive team, a loyal patient base, and a modern 10-operatory practice, this is a great opportunity for a doctor looking to build a long-term career in a collaborative environment.

Position Details

Compensation : Collections based pay structure (opportunity to earn $200,000 - $300,000)

Schedule : Full-time (4 days / week)

Monday : 8 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM

Tuesday : 8 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM

Wednesday : 11 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Friday : Alternating 8 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM

Flexibility to extend hours as needed

Start Date : Within 90 days (or sooner based on availability)

Average New Patients / Month : 70

What We’re Looking For

Experience : 3+ years of clinical experience required

Education : DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school

Licensure : Active Washington State dental license (or eligibility)

Preferred Skills : Implant placement

Invisalign / orthodontic treatment

Endodontic procedures
