Full-Time CNA SRMC

Patient Care Technician

This position performs nonprofessional direct and indirect patient care activities including personal, physical and comfort needs of patients, under the supervision of a professional nurse. This position will provide high-quality patient care in coordination with licensed medical staff.

Minimum Qualifications

Education, Certification, and / or Licensure :

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.

2. Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date.

3. Current Certification issued by state where services will be performed :

• MD : Certified Nursing Assistant through the Maryland Department of Health
• OH : Nurse's Aide Certification through the Ohio Department of Health
• PA : Nurse's Aide Certification through the Pennsylvania Department of Health
• WV : Nurse's Aide Certification through the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources

Preferred Qualifications

Experience : 1. Prior patient care experience.
