Key Responsibilities
Manage and service a high volume of small employee benefits accounts independently
Provide proactive support and insurance expertise to clients, including compliance education
Oversee the renewal and marketing processes for benefit products, ensuring accurate client communications
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in the employee benefits industry or related marketplace
College degree preferred
Must hold a life and disability insurance license
Customer service experience preferred
Proficient with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products
