$1,660 per week

About The Position

Job Title : Speech Therapist

Job Specialty : Rehabilitation Therapy - Speech Therapy

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Monday - Friday, Day Shift

Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week

Experience : New graduates are welcome; SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience preferred

License : State License Required

Certifications : None specified

Must-Have :

Prescreen filled out and attached
Resume and license verification attached at submission
COVID test 72 hours prior to start with results 48 hours prior

Job Description :

Fill out and attach the prescreen upon submitting a candidate.

Attach resume and license verification; candidates will be declined if these requirements are not met.

Preferred candidates will have SNF experience; however, new graduates are welcome to apply.

A COVID test is required 72 hours prior to the start date with results issued 48 hours prior.

Resume and three references

County criminal background check (7 years for all counties lived and worked in)

Federal criminal background check (7 years or more)

Multi-state criminal search (7 years or more)

Nationwide sex offender search (7 years or more)

1 Step PPD or Quantiferon or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray

SAM search

State background check with fingerprints
