A company is looking for a Customer Care Advisor responsible for initiating the sales process and managing customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the company as a subject matter expert during customer calls
Update systems to document customer interactions and handle issues diplomatically
Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
3+ years of customer service and / or sales experience
Previous solar customer service or sales experience is highly desired
Ability to embrace change and be flexible to business needs
Proven track record of reliability and a strong work ethic
Ability to accept and apply coaching and feedback from leadership
