We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our video production team as a Video Producer. The ideal candidate is a gifted storyteller with a knack for organization, and a master of multitasking, effortlessly transitioning from one project to another while staying laser-focused.
Responsibilities
- Create scripts and provide copywriting support
- Coordinate studio, pre and post-production functions throughout the life of a project
- Help manage production schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Project manage a variety of production types, including live action, motion graphics and studio events
- Track and update workstream progress in team project management application, Adobe Workfront
- Manage customer expectations
- Act as account manager for assigned internal partners
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Communicate regularly with customers / partners
- Notify requestors and production manager of unforeseen status changes
- Manage to available budget
- Arrange / coordinate video productions shoots (locations, talent, crew, etc.)
- Lead video shoots and coordinate production staff
- Motivate team to deliver best quality product
- Ensure every detail is covered
Requirements
5+ years of video producing, studio production, or related experienceProven well-rounded portfolio of videos demonstrating solid interviewing skills, compelling visuals, and the ability to translate complex concepts in clear, concise languageProven interpersonal relationship skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and outside contactsProven to work effectively independently and in a team environmentProven ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignmentsProven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a variety of personalities and work stylesProven ability to be flexible in schedule and adaptable to constant changeProven ability to travel 25%+Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Adobe WorkfrontExperience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications is strongly recommendedExperience with Microsoft Office365 is strongly encouragedExperience with video editing and videographyFamiliarity with animation, visual effects, and sound editingProficiency in SpanishProven ability to work with and adapt to technologyPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment.
