Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Production Manager for our automotive manufacturing client to start immediately at $80k-$100k / annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!
Responsibilities :
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production goals are met, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing leadership and a deep understanding of IATF 16949 standards.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage production schedules and workflow
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team to meet performance goals
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards and other regulatory requirements
- Monitor quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the production process
- Collaborate with other departments (engineering, quality, maintenance) to improve overall operations
- Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze production data and report key metrics
Location : Indianapolis, IN
Schedule / Shift Details : Monday-Friday, 6 : 30AM start time, overtime as needed
