Salary : $15.00 @ hour

Position Title : Plumbing Apprentice

Department : Construction

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in the installation of pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems in residential and commercial construction projects.
Perform hand digging and trenching to prepare work areas for plumbing installations.
Safely operate power tools and equipment, such as pipe cutters, drills, and wrenches.
Work at varying heights and depths, including climbing ladders and working in confined spaces.
Lift and adjust up to 80 pounds as necessary to complete tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
Help maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow instructions of supervisors and Journeyman Plumbers to ensure quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with the construction crew for smooth project flow.

Minimum Qualifications :

Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.

Able to pass a drug screening.

Neat physical appearance and a commitment to being on time.

Dependable transportation.

Physically capable of performing tasks that involve lifting, climbing, and working at various heights and depths.

Willing to work in different weather conditions, evenings, and weekends when necessary.

Experience with power tools and equipment.

Ability to follow instructions in English.
