Job Description : The Sales Representative will manage incoming communications, perform data entry, and assist customers in selecting the right health insurance plans. This position requires a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and the ability to meet performance targets. No cold calls!

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle incoming emails and phone calls with professionalism.
• Accurately complete data entry tasks.
• Guide customers through health plan options and assist in making informed decisions.
• Achieve a minimum of 20 processed policies per week.
• Maintain productivity and adapt to workflow changes.
