Orthopedic Spine | $200K Sign-On | Sponsorship Available

Position Highlights :

  • Work-Life Balance :   4.5 day work week; a balanced mix of clinic + OR

1 : 6 call schedule (additional pay for any extra call)

  • Desirable Practice Setting : State-of-the-art ORs with robotics
  • Culture & Support :   Strong support staff - dedicated nurses and APPs

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Competitive Compensation :   $775,000 base, plus production bonus
  • Sign-On Bonus :   $200,000
  • Retention Bonus : % of base pay, annually.
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package :   Excellent health, dental, and vision packages, six week's PTO, and CME allowance with rollover
  • Additional Perks :   No state income tax

  • Certifications :    Board Certified or Board Eligible
