We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales growth. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting presentations, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. If you don't have a state Insurance license, that is okay, we will help you obtain it. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and research
  • Conduct in-person appointments and presentations with potential business owners to showcase products / services
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing businesses to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for target markets and achieve sales goals
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales progress and customer engagement
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities

Requirements
