We specialize in drop-off catering for high-end luxury brands as well as full-service events — from intimate gatherings to large-scale productions.
The Role
We’re looking for a Catering & Event Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both drop-off catering and full-service events from start to finish — ensuring flawless execution, exceeding client expectations, and driving new business opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Manage client communications, proposals, and event documentation
Oversee event timelines, logistics, rentals, staffing, and vendor relationships
Lead tastings, site visits, and event execution on-site
Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
Support sales outreach, tastings, and marketing initiatives
Collaborate closely with our culinary, operations, and sales teams to deliver unforgettable experiences
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in catering and / or event management
Strong client relationship and communication skills
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
Comfort with project management tools (Trello, Tripleseat, G-Suite)
Passion for food, events, and hospitality
