Key Responsibilities

Advise employees and management on employee relations policies and procedures

Assist in resolving conflicts and performance issues between supervisors and employees

Conduct investigations and create reports related to employee concerns and ethics allegations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education

2-4 years of relevant work experience
