Logistics and Order Coordinator

Temporary to Hire / Nashville, TN / 100% On-Site / 7 : 30 - 4 : 30 Mon-Thursday 7 : 30 - 3 : 30 on Fridays

As a Logistics and Order Coordinator , you'll be the first point of contact for valued customers. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, accurate order processing, and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities - Customer Coordinator

  • Assist and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Coordinate with sales reps to identify customer needs and resolve issues
  • Generate quotes, enter orders, and initiate production paperwork
  • Monitor inventory levels and prepare monthly inventory reports
  • Calculate billing and shipping charges for invoicing
  • Obtain best shipping rates and manage freight communications
  • Generate return authorizations and ensure data accuracy
  • Follow internal procedures and utilize provided tools effectively

Qualifications - Logistics and Order Coordinator

  • High School Diploma required
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong data entry and basic math skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
  • Quick learner with strong note-taking and resource utilization skills
  • Prior experience in a construction or roofing environment is a major plus!
