This role involves developing original ideas, researching storylines, producing both short and long-form video content, and creating opportunities for local markets to customize material. Flexibility in scheduling and travel—both planned and spontaneous—is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate calendars and timelines for multiple projects with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate across departments including news, digital, promotions, operations, and production.
• Write, produce, and edit content for broadcast, Connected TV (CTV), and digital platforms.
• Contribute to editorial planning for large-scale initiatives and breaking news coverage.
• Oversee post-production to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Travel as needed to support live events and on-location production.
• Communicate project opportunities and updates across Nexstar operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
