Total Bed Count : 6

Bed Types and How Divided : 4-6 ICU beds (can flex according to tele); majority telemetry patients

Staffing Ratios : 1 : 3-4 (telemetry) 1 : 1-2 (ICU)

Schedule Requirements :

Call Required : could be placed on call / low census for up to 4 shifts in contract

Float Required : could be asked to float to acute care (ratios 1 : 3-1 : 5) or as helping hands in Emergency Department

Weekend Coverage : rotating weekends

Medication System : Omnicell

Documentation System : EPIC

Support : IV Teams : No

Lift Teams : No

Pharmacy : 24 / 7 in house

Phlebotomy : 24 / 7
