Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate, Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is client-focused, skilled in a variety of techniques, and dedicated to creating safe, effective, and positive experiences. This role involves customizing treatments, promoting wellness, and supporting a clean, professional spa environment.

Responsibilities

Develop personalized treatment plans based on each client’s needs.

Deliver exceptional service with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Encourage repeat business through referrals and membership promotion.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas.

Follow all company policies, licensing regulations, and safety protocols.

Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Active state license in massage therapy

Liability insurance coverage

Strong communication and customer service skills

Proficiency in Swedish massage (required)

Experience or interest in additional modalities (e.g., Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Trigger Point, Myofascial, Neuromuscular, Craniosacral, Reiki) is a plus — training provided!

Education & Experience

Current state licensure and / or certification as a Licensed Massage Therapist

High school diploma or equivalent

Completion of an accredited massage therapy program

CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
