POSITION SUMMARY

The essence of this role is to ensure quality plastic rotational molded parts through molding techniques while adhering to company policies and procedures. Make the plastic element of a playground such as swings, small / large slides, tunnels, and more!

Hours : S-Th 10 PM- 6 AM.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Mold plastic parts while maintaining the efficiency and quality goals set in the department
  • Set up and load molding machine per job order specifications
  • Ensure accuracy of parts and inventory by ensuring proper inspecting and labeling techniques, we offer on-the-job training
  • Comply with all safety requirements
  • Rotate to other areas of the department to assist team members, when needed.

    • ATTRIBUTES

  • Basic Computer Knowledge
  • Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the company, if needed.
  • Comfortable making judgment calls on quality of parts and determining which parts need to be fixed
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload between work
  • Work well with others and in a team environment

    • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to follow standard work and operating procedures
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable with grasping and pulling products and machines frequently
  • High school diploma / GED preferred

    • The target hourly range is $19.50 - $22.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $4.00 per hour. Expanded pay ranges may be available for growth and advancement opportunities. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity. Additionally, for eligible full-time employees, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits; paid time off and paid holidays; 401(k) retirement plan and employee stock ownership plan.
