A company is looking for a Research Administrator II to provide comprehensive post-award support for grants and contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage post-award administration for a complex portfolio of grants, contracts, and special projects
Perform advanced financial functions, including reconciliations, forecasting, and compliance monitoring
Serve as a liaison among faculty, central administration, and external sponsors on multi-investigator awards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
3+ years of experience in research administration, financial reporting, or financial analysis
At least 1 year focused specifically on post-award administration
Advanced knowledge of post-award research administration and federal regulations
Proficiency with Oracle-based ERP systems or similar platforms, and financial reporting tools
