As Communications Manager, you will support company internal and external communications efforts. You'll influence employee engagement, plan and produce executive and company-wide meetings, create content for HR-focused programs, and enhance our internal and external reputation through thoughtful and consistent messaging.

You'll work with our employee engagement team, our employee survey leadership team and our Human Resources (HR) teams to deliver meaningful content. Through this partnership, you will create communications designed to improve the employee experience. You will work with leaders across the company, in locations around the world, to make meaningful, positive change, connecting people to our culture, each other, and to our strategy. You will use data to inform your decisions and storytelling to engage those around you.
You will report to the Senior Manager, External Communications, and be based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Your Responsibilities :
Lead planning and execution of employee engagement communication campaign supporting our annual employee engagement survey, including survey launch messaging, results communication, and follow-up action plans in partnership with HR and senior leadership.
Support planning and communications support for quarterly global employee town hall meetings, including run-of-show documents, talking points, presentations, and post-event messaging. Work with executive leadership and event production teams to produce hybrid meetings.
