Base Salary : Up to $45,000 | Y1 OTE $73,000

Key Responsibilities

Prospect & Engage : Identify, research, and reach out to potential partners aligned with our strategic goals.

Build Relationships : Connect with senior stakeholders, understand their needs, and position win–win partnerships.

Manage Pipeline : Track opportunities, manage partner communications, and ensure smooth handoff to Partnership Managers.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work with marketing and sales teams to deliver tailored partner proposals.

Track & Report : Meet and exceed targets for outreach, meetings, and qualified opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

Ideally 1 year experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (B2B preferred) however experience not essential.

A confident communicator who can build relationships fast.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and results driven.

Excited by growth, challenge, and collaboration.
