You will be the Financial Management Staff for the Advanced Rotary Wing & Ground Systems (ARWGS) team. Our team is responsible for providing financial leadership and support to the Program Management team, and delivering exceptional financial analysis and reporting to drive business growth and success.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Financial Management Staff, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and tracking program budgets, customer reporting requirements, and providing detailed variance explanations and cost research to support the Business Operations team.

Knowledge of Monthly & Quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process to include program Risks & Opportunities
Experience with Contract Status Reporting (CSR) and Long Range Planning (LRP) processes & corporate standard policies
Familiarity with forecasting Orders, Sales, Profit and Cash Flow
Understanding of negotiating functional budgets and analyzing performance variances
Awareness of Earned Value Management System policies and procedures and associated metrics (EV Lite)
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment
Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to stakeholders
Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Adapt to change and digital transformation
Experience with financial tools including SAP, MFC Electronic Financial Systems (EFS), MFC Electronic Contracting Environment (ECE), MFC Billings and Oracle LM Financials
Knowledge of Direct Contracts : Fixed Price (FP) and Cost Plus (CP) contracts
Displays exceptional organization, communication and presentation skills
Exhibits Critical Thinking and Problem Solving

Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
