Construction Transactions Associate Attorney
Locations : Boulder, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Des Moines, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, New York, Princeton
Direct Counsel is seeking a Construction Transactions Associate Attorney to join a nationally recognized firm with a thriving energy, infrastructure, and construction practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects across the U.S. , ranging from major energy developments to complex infrastructure initiatives.

What We’re Looking For :
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction of the office where you apply
4–6 years of construction-related transactional experience , ideally with large-scale energy and infrastructure projects
Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and communication skills
Proven ability to manage complex projects and work effectively with both clients and colleagues
Compensation & Benefits :
Salary range : $190,000 – $315,000 , depending on location and experience
