The Service Advisor position is full-time, primarily Monday through Friday , with occasional Saturday availability depending on customer needs. This schedule allows for a balanced work week while meeting the demands of our clients.

As a Service Advisor, you will play a central role in managing our service department's daily operations. Each day, you will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, and processing work orders efficiently. You will work closely with our technicians to oversee repairs and ensure that each job meets our quality standards. Alongside managing technician performance and monitoring MST usage, you'll implement cost-effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain open communication across the department.

Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience with John Deere service department operations
  • Working knowledge of standard job pricing, commission-based compensation, and basic service department financial principles
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
  • Team spirit and ability to motivate others
  • Computer proficiency, working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and ability to lift 50 pounds
