Location : Must be based out of or willing to relocate to Southeastern PA, Maryland, Delaware, or Northern Virginia.

Compensation : $90,000 - $120,000 plus annual bonus opportunities, company vehicle, benefits, and so much more!

Job Summary :

The Sales Manager will oversee a team of outside sales representatives selling our portfolio of outdoor living products and services through our expansive distribution network. This role is responsible for team performance, professional development, territory optimization, and sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to coach, motivate, and achieve results through external sales teams. The Sales Manager plays a critical role in developing our sales professionals and driving continued success in the marketplace.
