Nurse Manager
Nurse Manager overseeing high acuity 16-bed adult ICU and 20-bed IMCU. Ascension St. Agnes is a community teaching hospital. This manager role has added support of a RN Supervisor and will report directly to the Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities include managing activities, workflow, and nursing resources of assigned nursing unit(s); ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements; conducting hiring, training, directing, development, and evaluating of staff; identifying and resolving issues affecting the delivery of patient care services; developing and implementing policies and procedures; and monitoring and adhering to budget.
Requirements include licensure / certification / registration such as BLS Provider and Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing. Education requires professional licensure / certification and 3 years of experience with 1 year of cumulative leadership experience.
