We do this every day at Dollywood Resorts, which include over 600 rooms and 15 Food & Beverage outlets, all located in the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee. Our future plans include growing our resort footprint to over 1200 rooms across five resorts at Dollywood.

We are seeking a Massage Therapist for Dollywood Resorts who will embody the heart and soul of our mission of creating memories worth repeating while caring deeply about our brand.

The right Massage Therapist checklist will include equal parts curious learner, innovator, administrator, detail driver, mentor, and motivator.

The right candidate will provide high-quality massage services in a positive, collaborative and supportive work environment and facilitate a unique and memorable guest experience by performing all duties in a manner fitting the Dollywood Company brand.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to display and live out Lead with Love qualities, strongly rooted in the Dollywood Company culture, by being patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, dedicated and accountable.

Summary of Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

• Provides high-quality massage and other services as your skills and license / s permit, using specified draping techniques and treatment protocols. Must be able to perform all massage techniques within the spa scope of practice within the first 30 days.
• Uses proactive sales techniques, recommending and demonstrating retail product for each guest
• Recognizes guests and peers in a genuinely warm and friendly manner
• Arrives to work on time and groomed to the required standard
• Consistently begins and end services on time
• Maintains treatment room supplies, requesting inventory as needed
• Ensures the cleanliness and neatness of the front-of-house and back-of-house areas. Assisting in cleaning, linen distribution, overall tidiness
• Attends and participates in mandatory department trainings and meetings
• Reports maintenance issues promptly
• Assists with event planning and execution as well as special promotions. Lean in on massage specific topics
• Helps design treatment protocols
• Completes retail and backbar inventories as needed
• Achieves high-level of proficiency with Book4time booking software and assist with trainings and administrative maintenance
• Assists with team scheduling and attendance compliance
• Coordinates food and beverage services for the Spa
• Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and guest information
