Schedule Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19 : 00 - 07 : 00). Job Description The Medical / Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (MS / Tele RN) provides high-quality nursing care to patients with a variety of conditions including cancers, sickle cell crisis, sepsis, and organ failure. The nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult and geriatric patients. The position requires proficiency in cardiac monitoring, interpretation of dysrhythmias, and responding to emergency situations. Responsibilities Monitor patients’ vital signs and cardiac rhythms. Administer medications and manage IV therapy. Activate rapid response and code teams when needed. Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment and care plans. Document all nursing care and patient interactions using the Epic charting system. Perform isolation precautions and infection control measures. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience in a MS / Tele setting. Current BLS certification required. Experience with cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia management preferred. Knowledge in the use of respiratory therapies and isolation precautions. Why ARMStaffing?
