We're on the hunt for a skilled Residential Electrical Service Consultant to join our dynamic team at Eco! Mon - Fri, 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

What You'll Do :

Be a Trusted Advisor : Efficiently troubleshoot malfunctions in residential settings, educate homeowners on their options, and build rapport to provide the right products and services.

Deliver Top-Tier Work : Complete all residential service calls with a commitment to quality workmanship, leaving every job site clean and organized.

Contribute to the Team : Actively participate in all training and company meetings, and be a positive team player who thrives on collective success.

Win New Business : Deliver a professional and knowledgeable service experience that wins new referrals and repeat business for the company.

Who We're Looking For :

A proven residential electrician with 2-5 years of experience and a passion for continuous improvement.

A strong communicator who can build rapport and educate customers.

A problem-solver with a solid knowledge of local electric codes and the ability to apply them on the job.

An individual who is self-motivated but also enjoys winning as a team.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting

Must be able to speak English and audibly hear to communicate

Must be able to use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects, materials, controls, and tools

Must be able to pick up, lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and occasionally work off of platforms / scaffolding (using the appropriate fall protection requirements)

Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold, and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE
