Superintendent

Job Title : Superintendent

Job Location : Grand Rapids, MI

Salary : $110k-$130k

Requirements : 5+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent. Experience on projects related to any of the following : Commercial, Industrial, Multifamily, etc.

This is a full time / permanent position with a well-established General Contractor with a wide range of projects. Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring experienced Superintendents. They have many ongoing / upcoming commercial and Industrial (Warehouse) projects.

What You Will Be Doing

Provide field oversight on projects from start to finish

Develop and manage the project schedule

Manage subcontractors and all members of jobsite

What You Need for this Position

5+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent

Experience on projects related to any of the following : Commercial, Industrial, etc.

Ground-up projects preferred
