This is a perfect opportunity for graduate students in BACB-approved ABA programs to gain BCBA supervision hours, provide direct ABA therapy, and grow their career in autism treatment and behavioral analysis.

What You’ll Do :
Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians delivering autism therapy.
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients during staff coverage gaps.
Assist with behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, PEAK, AFLS, Vineland) and program design.
Maintain accurate behavior tracking logs and ensure BACB compliance.
Collaborate with Clinical Directors to support daily operations.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree + enrollment in a BACB-approved master’s program.
1+ year experience in autism therapy, applied behavior analysis, or behavioral analytics.
Valid driver’s license, clear background check, Central Registry Clearance.
