What You'll Do
In this role you will support the Head of QA in the delivery of finding validations, with a primary focus on US related validations; responsibilities will include handling of validations of complex Critical / Significant Findings across the team, for completion on time, on quality, and on budget, as well as oversight and guidance of other involved team membersCompletion of assigned work orders & validation reviews within agreed timeframes, as well as coordination and timely escalation when necessary, involving all relevant stakeholdersKeep abreast of regulatory and audit related developments in the industry and ensure effective communication to enhance regulatory knowledge throughout the wider GA teamCommunicate openly with stakeholders in the various locations, and partner with the audit teams responsible for auditing business processes and controls.Proactively build and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues, other parts of the business and respective support areas; this also includes experience-based support in the further development of methodological approachesAt times, you may support / lead on other core QA products, such as file and thematic reviewsHow You'll Lead

Ability to lead and coordinate several audit projects in parallel, including oversight over scope completion and quality of workGood knowledge of (US) regulatory requirements, and a thorough understanding of the risk and control environment within the financial services industryDeep understanding and / or extensive experience auditing within an investment bank. A bonus if experience is in IB / CB audit teams, in remediation activities or QAIn depth experience of working in an audit function within the financial services industry, with strong experience of leading audits or finding validations within a fast-paced business environmentBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline. Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, Juris Doctor) and professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, CFA, FRM, CFE, etc.) preferredSkills That Will Help You Excel

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $100,000 to $145,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
