Take over an existing patient panel replacing a retiring physician

Join an experienced, supportive Family Medicine team

Full-time schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Call : 1 : 5 rotation, supported by a nurse triage line

Flexible scheduling models available Clinical Scope

Full-spectrum Family Medicine : Care from birth through adulthood, including prevention, acute and chronic disease management

Integrated access to services : Cardiology, Rheumatology, Radiology, Rehabilitation, Urgent Care & Occupational Health Candidate Requirements

MD or DO (U.S. or foreign equivalent)

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency

Eligible for Michigan license and Controlled Substance License Reason for Recruitment
