KAVKAZ Express LLC is looking for an experienced and highly driven team player to join our Logistics Department as an OTR Dispatcher.

Responsibilities :

• Daily Review assignments / tenders
• Post loads on DAT / Truckstop
• Negotiate the best price with Brokers
• Build relationship with assigned and new Brokers
• Ensure loads are picked up and delivered on time
• Follow-up on trucks location, pick up / delivery statuses and temperatures
• Communicate with customers reps throughout the load transit
• Communicate with drivers via phone and text to relay information and confirm the reception of information
• Communicate with brokers to let them know all pertinent information regarding the delivery of their load (including driver name, phone number, any issues with delivery)
• Record and maintain files of pick-up / delivery information, communications with brokers, truck breakdowns, expenses, and proofs of deliveries
