Process Automation Engineer, Co-Op

Overview

This opportunity is for a Process Automation Engineer CO-OP within State Street's Global Technology Services (GTS) organization. The role supports the company's digital transformation by delivering data and insights to clients through automation, secure applications, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

• Design and deploy internal automation tools with human-centered design, engineering discipline, and enterprise-grade security that employees can understand, adopt quickly, and trust.
• Design and develop secure applications to support secure access management workflows, including authentication, authorization, and compliance with cybersecurity best practices.
• Evaluate capabilities and understand external threats to continuously update tools and procedures to protect the firm.
• Create secure user interfaces.
• Participate in design and code reviews and develop a deep understanding of business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, identify risks, and deliver solutions.
