Project Manager - Design (Capital Projects)

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Project Manager, Design (Capitol Projects)

Location : Nashville, TN

As a Project Manager, Design (Capitol Projects), you will :

• Oversees engineering and architectural design, bid evaluation, contract administration, project scheduling, and quality control.
• Review and be familiar with project plan drawings and specifications.
• Schedule and conduct design progress meetings.
• Coordinates activities with outside agencies to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Coordinates with end-users to ensure required functions of projects are accurate.
• Ensure projects are completed within the stipulated time and allocated budget.
• Reviews requested modifications to facilities.
• Performs periodic site observations and provides findings.
• Maintains regular and on-time attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have : The ideal candidate will have Candidates must hold a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, have 4–7 years of experience (7–10 preferred), possess a valid Class D Driver’s License and PE designation, and be an allied member of the AIA prior to starting.
