Description :

Provides comprehensive nursing care to patients during labor, delivery, and recovery.

Monitors maternal and fetal status.

Administers medications.

Assists with deliveries.

Provides emotional and educational support to patients.

Collaborates with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.

Must be skilled in fetal monitoring and emergency response.

Unit Description : Level II Client Designation with 160 deliveries per month.

Features include 8 labor and delivery rooms, 2 operating rooms, 2 antepartum rooms, 3 bay triage, and 18 postpartum rooms.

Contains a Level II Neonatal Designation with an 8 bay NICU.

EMR used is GE Centricity Perinatal, Medhost.

Preferred experience is 2 years.
