What You'll Do as a Retail Department Manager

As a hands-on retail leader , you'll :

• Oversee daily store operations while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Lead and supervise your own team -coaching, training, and motivating staff to meet sales and production goals.
• Drive marketing and social media efforts , building awareness and engagement for the store's promotions, events, and community involvement.
• Ensure exceptional customer service , positive donor interactions, and smooth volunteer experiences.
• Support the Store Manager with scheduling, merchandising, inventory, and performance management.
