Responsibilities

• Turn ideas into scroll-stopping ads — Research, brainstorm, and develop ad concepts that align with client goals and e-commerce best practices.
• Write conversion-focused copy — Hooks, CTAs, captions, and scripts that get clicks and conversions.
• Collaborate with creatives — Work hand-in-hand with designers, editors, and UGC creators to bring your concepts to life.
• Read the data like a book — Analyze CTR, CPA, CVR, and iterate fast. Kill the losers, scale the winners, and know why each one worked.
• Trend-hunt like it’s your side hustle — Stay on top of TikTok trends, competitor ads, and platform updates — and turn them into fresh campaign ideas.
• Test, test, test — Run A / B tests on angles, hooks, and formats to find what sticks.
