Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Physical Therapist Discipline : Therapy Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel SUN-THURS 8 : 00AM-4 : 30PM Unit Specifics : Scrub Color(s)- any Number of Beds : 24 acute / swing beds, 40 nursing home beds, 10 skilled beds within nursing home Patient Ratios : 1 : 1 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Rehab department (PT / OT / SLP) Type of equipment : typical equipment for rehab services.
