Renovation Project Manager — Miami, FL

Location : Wynwood (in-office presence required daily)

Minimum 3 years of construction management experience in Miami, ideally in renovation

Chapter is seeking a Renovation Project Manager to join our growing team in Miami. You’ll collaborate with a talented group of industry professionals across construction, architecture, and interior design to bring high-end residential renovations to life.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone eager to take ownership of projects and grow within a fast-paced design-build firm. You’ll be mentored directly by our in-house Head of Construction and will be involved in every phase of the project, from initial planning to final walkthrough.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead renovation projects from start to finish, including scheduling, material takeoffs, cost estimating, and proposal preparation
• Manage day-to-day communication with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• Oversee documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project updates
• Coordinate drawings, samples, vendor pricing, and construction timelines
• Participate in daily / weekly team meetings and ensure site progress aligns with project goals
