Location : Havre, MT

Job Type : Travel Contract

Shift : 5x7s Days

Pay : $2,675 / week

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join an outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Havre, MT, on a travel contract. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat patients recovering from injury, surgery, or illness, focusing on restoring independence in daily activities, functional mobility, and fine motor skills. The ideal candidate is compassionate, adaptable, and experienced in outpatient rehab.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations to assess functional abilities, therapy needs, and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including ADL retraining, upper extremity strengthening, coordination, and mobility exercises.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, adaptive strategies, and use of assistive equipment.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physical therapy and other healthcare staff to deliver comprehensive outpatient care.
• Promote recovery, independence, and improved quality of life through evidence-based therapy practices.
