Open Positions :

• LPN - 3 days per week
• LPN - Thursdays & Fridays

Compensation : $33 / hr. plus mileage

LPN Job Responsibilities :

Provide a medically safe environment for learning and peer interaction.

Follow behavioral plan, as needed.

Work with other school staff, therapists, & teachers to follow daily schedules and transition from one activity to another.

Assess and document patient conditions and report changes, as needed.

Accompany child on outings or bus rides, as required.

LPN Requirements :

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and active LPN License in PA.

Current CPR / AED / BLS / First Aide Certification.

Valid state issued Driver’s License, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
