Job Title : Tax Accountant

Salary : $90,000 to $110,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns for partnerships and S-corporations (Forms 1065 and 1120S)

Analyze financial statements for tax reporting purposes and reconcile book-to-tax differences

Support quarterly and annual tax estimates and distributions for pass-through entities

Stay informed on tax law changes affecting pass-through entities and advise internal stakeholders on impacts

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

CPA or progress toward CPA certification is required

2+ years of relevant experience in public accounting or a corporate tax department
