Key Responsibilities :

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems with speed and accuracy

Educate homeowners on system conditions, presenting clear solutions and upgrade options

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to maximize system efficiency and lifespan

Use diagnostic tools to pinpoint mechanical and electrical issues

Build trust with customers through clear communication and expert recommendations

Maintain accurate job records, part usage, and recommendations

Ensure safety and compliance with all applicable codes and company standards

Keep your truck fully stocked and ready for action

Qualifications :

2+ years of residential HVAC service experience

Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills

A consultative, sales-minded approach to solving customer issues

Valid driver’s license and HVAC certification / license

High school diploma or GED (HVAC trade school or apprenticeship preferred)

Physically capable of working in varied environments (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops)
