Strategy Program Manager
The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a part-time Strategy Program Manager with an active Top Secret Clearance for a facilities engineering program to support a federal Agency. This position functions as a Project Manager (PM) to identify, propose, plan, and execute programs that span a wide range of functions related to business process improvements.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to : analyzing business gaps and documenting them across the global organization to prioritize program needs; proficient use of various type of software technology in order to execute business process recommendations and changes; organizing, coordinating and program managing the execution of strategic initiatives; global coordination of programs aligned under the campus strategic plans and reporting to FFD leadership; providing analysis of and recommendations to focused business processes focused on a global strategy to projects managed by the Redstone Facilities and Services Section; leading medium cross-functional schedule analysis projects within the Redstone Facilities and Services Section; attending regular daily meetings to review projects, programs, and pending tasks; providing appropriate levels of details and summarizing projects and programs succinctly to RFSS leadership; managing internal and external relationships across FBI Redstone in support of projects and programs; accurately providing specific information related to RFSS processes to customers; providing informal assistance such as technical guidance, and / or training to coworkers, as instructed; leading project teams and / or planning and managing assignments of lower-level contractors; and other duties as assigned.
Skills and requirements include : active Top Secret Clearance, bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university, minimum 8+ years of related experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and analytical skills, ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to FBI customers, and ability to effectively present information. Independently, the candidate must conduct project and program analysis, comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents, identify and solve problems involving several options in situations, have advanced analytical and quantitative skills, build and maintain effective professional / customer relationships, and have advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Power BI / Power Automate, and Adobe Illustrator for graphic presentations.
