The Fabrication Director oversees management of all areas of fabrication to produce items and direct activities to ensure that items are built on schedule and within quality standards and cost objectives.

Department Operations

• Assists company officers and senior staff members in the development and formulation of long and short-range planning, policies and objectives.
• Develops the production plan and establishes procedures for maintaining high standards of fabrication operations to ensure that products conform to established customer and company quality standards.
• Manages the ordering and delivery of project materials and supplies.
• Formulates and recommends fabrication policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and the profitability of the operation.

Work Environment

Location : The Treehouse warehouse is located in Los Angeles and this employee must report onsite 5-days a week.

Salary Estimation : $100,000-$125,000

This is a full-time exempt position. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities. There are many factors to the presented salary range, including but not limited to - location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related qualifications.
