TriVector Services, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates to fill our Engagement Operations (EO) Agile Release Team (ART) Product Manager position.
The EO ART Product Manager is responsible for overseeing software product deliveries and works closely with the System Architect, Release Train Engineer, and Business Owners as key leaders of the EO ART. This role is pivotal in aligning product strategy, vision, and roadmaps with customer needs and business objectives, fostering innovation, and ensuring the delivery of valuable features. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Lead and manage software product deliveries within the EO ART framework.
- Collaborate with System Architect, Release Train Engineer, and Business Owners to ensure alignment of product strategy and vision.
- Define and maintain product roadmaps that meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Foster innovation and drive the delivery of high-value features.
- Provide leadership to large-scale software development teams, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Requirements :
Minimum Job Qualifications :
U.S. citizenship is mandatory.Candidate must possess or be able to obtain a Secret Security clearance or higher.Must have at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, or mathematics from an accredited college, ABET preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Air and Missile Defense domain, with emphasis on Engagement Operations.Candidate must have a strong understanding of Engagement Planning, Classification, Identification and Discrimination (CID), and Track Management.Proven experience leading large-scale software development teams is required.Hands-on experience with Agile software development practices.Preferred Job Qualifications :
Knowledge of systems such as IBCS, PATRIOT, MEADS, THAAD, C2BMC, or AEGIS.Familiarity with current CID measures in one or more of the DoD services.Prior Product Owner experience on a SCRUM team is highly desirable.
