Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility and equipment at all times
• Process Wash-Dry-Fold orders and fold clothes
• Assist customers with operating machines and value center kiosks
• Help self-serve customers and perform basic troubleshooting
• Process drop-off laundry orders in a timely manner
• Notify management of machine malfunctions and supply needs
• Promote a safe environment and report safety concerns
• Night Shift primarily a janitorial / cleaning position (mopping floors / cleaning bathrooms / polishing washers and dryers / etc)

Qualifications :

Functional reading, writing, and basic computer skills

Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for long periods of time (this is not a desk job)

Effective communication with customers

Compliance with company policies and procedures
