A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter (Technical) to join their Talent Acquisition Team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and build tailored recruiting strategies
Proactively source passive talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on technical roles
Proven success in sourcing and closing candidates in software engineering and related fields
Strong business acumen and ability to partner with executives as a trusted advisor
Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS), ideally Greenhouse Recruiting
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions
